No. Equal floor area does not guarantee equal outline or attachment positions. Use the exact tent model and a dimensioned floor template.
Should the footprint stick out beyond the tent floor?
Confirm the intended outline with the tent manufacturer. Exposed material can collect water, so size and positioning need to follow the selected tent’s instructions.
Is 210D Oxford automatically waterproof and puncture-proof?
No. Denier does not establish waterproofing or puncture resistance. Request coating, seam and abrasion evidence for the finished groundsheet.
Is a footprint included with the tent or available as a separate item?
